As a general rule the PNA does not allow refunds. This includes event registration, memberships and donations among other payments except for those outlined below.

Specific Refunds Allowed
Please note that credit/debit service fees for allowable refunds might not be included in the full refundable amount.

  • Class Registration: ¬†Refund issued if student cancels 7 days in advance of class date.

  • Rental Payments:

    • Typical Rentals: Refund issued if renter gives notice 14 days in advance of rental date. After 14 days, the payment can be rolled over to a rescheduled date within six months of cancelled rental date.

    • Large After-Hours Events: Refund issued if renter gives notice 30 days in advance of rental date.

    • Summer Camps: 100% refund if canceled within 60 days of first rental date and 50% refund if canceled less than 60 days and up to 30 days of first rental date.

  • Event Exhibitor Fees:¬†

    • Home Design & Remodel Fair and Winter Festival: Application fees are fully refunded one month prior to the event date and only if the exhibitor canceling can be replaced with another exhibitor.

  • Whittier Kids: Note that deposits are non-refundable after a certain date that is posted on the tuition agreement for that period. Tuition refunds differ as listed below.

    • School Year Tuition: Refund issued if guardian gives written notice 30 days in advance of start date.

    • Summer Camp Tuition: Refund issued with a $25 processing fee and must be prior to the date posted on the tuition agreement.
